FREE Group Transcendental meditation community gathering

Welcome to our silent community assembly. Having practiced Transcendental Meditation myself for a few years, I’ve deeply missed the experience of group dynamics here in Malta. While TM is an effortless, individual daily practice, meditating alongside fellow practitioners amplifies the silence and coherence in a truly beautiful way.

Because there is currently no physical group gathering on the island, I want to open up the doors to RAY Healing Center to create a dedicated space for us to sit together.

Please note: I am not a TM teacher, and this is not a guided class or a training session. This is a pure community act—a free monthly gathering run by a fellow meditator, for meditators.

Flow of the Evening:

• Arrival: Settle in, remove your shoes, and find a cushion.

• The Meditation: A timed, silent 20-minute TM session.
