Breathwork + Yin Yoga Chakra session Online Participation: Guidance & Setup Welcome to our remote sanctuary space! To ensure you receive the deepest possible nervous system restoration and therapeutic benefits from your home, please prepare your practice environment with the following checklist: YOUR PRACTICE SETUP: • Sacred Space: Find a quiet, undisturbed room where family members or pets will not interrupt your practice. • Your Props: Please have a comfortable yoga mat ready. Bring 1–2 thick blankets and several firm bed pillows or cushions to fully support your body during the postures. • Ambient Room: Keep your lighting low, gentle, and ensure you are warm enough as body temperature naturally drops during deep relaxation. AUDIO & VIDEO CHECKLIST (Important): • Mute Devices: Please ensure your phone and any surrounding notifications are completely muted before we begin. • Camera Placement: To help me safely guide you, please position your laptop or phone camera so that I can clearly see your full body on your mat. Ideally, keep your video picture turned ON so I can monitor your alignment and track your practice from my computer screen. • Audio Settings: You will be automatically muted once the practice begins to preserve a quiet space for everyone streaming in. The Zoom livestream link will be automatically emailed to you upon booking checkout. I look forward to holding this beautiful remote space for you!

Cancellation Policy
At R.A.Y Healing, I value your time and my commitment to providing a high-quality, mindful healing experience. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, please take note of the following booking and cancellation policies: Booking & Payment To secure your appointment, a deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments can be made via Revolut, PayPal, or bank transfer. Your appointment is confirmed once payment has been received. Cancellation & Rescheduling More than 24 hours before your appointment: You may reschedule your session for another date at no additional cost. Less than 24 hours before your appointment or no-shows: The deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited. A new payment will be required to book another session. If you do not show up without prior notice, the full session fee will be retained, and rescheduling will not be possible. Refunds for courses will be processed in full if canceled 14 days prior to the start date; 50% refund if canceled 7 days prior; no refund thereafter.
