Cancellation Policy
At R.A.Y Healing, I value your time and my commitment to providing a high-quality, mindful healing experience. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, please take note of the following booking and cancellation policies: Booking & Payment To secure your appointment, a deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments can be made via Revolut, PayPal, or bank transfer. Your appointment is confirmed once payment has been received. Cancellation & Rescheduling More than 24 hours before your appointment: You may reschedule your session for another date at no additional cost. Less than 24 hours before your appointment or no-shows: The deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited. A new payment will be required to book another session. If you do not show up without prior notice, the full session fee will be retained, and rescheduling will not be possible. Refunds for courses will be processed in full if canceled 14 days prior to the start date; 50% refund if canceled 7 days prior; no refund thereafter.
