Yoga Nidra (conscious sleep) is an effortless, completely lying-down guided practice that brings your brainwaves into the state between waking and sleeping—giving your nervous system the deepest therapeutic rest possible. WHAT TO EXPECT: • 10 Mins: Grounding Meditation and slow, rhythmic breathwork to leave the hectic week outside the door. • 55 Mins: Deep, fully supported Yoga Nidra journey. No physical movement is required; you simply lie down comfortably under a cozy blanket and rest. • 10 Mins: Integration circle post-session while sipping a warm, grounding Ayurvedic herbal infusion to gently ease you back into your evening. No prior experience is necessary. If you can lie down on a mat, you can do this practice. All premium mats, organic blankets, and supportive bolsters are fully provided in our cool, air-conditioned limestone space.
