Exhausted from the workweek and finding it hard to actually switch off your mind? Join me at RAY Healing Center in Msida for a luxurious 75-minute Mind Sanctuary designed to guide you out of high stress and into profound mental restoration. Yoga Nidra (conscious sleep) is an effortless, completely lying-down guided practice that brings your brainwaves into the serene state between waking and sleeping—giving your nervous system the deepest therapeutic rest possible. WHAT TO EXPECT: • 10 Mins: Grounding meditation and slow, rhythmic breathwork to leave the hectic week outside the door. • 55 Mins: Deep, fully supported Yoga Nidra journey. No physical movement required—simply lie down comfortably under a cozy blanket and rest. • 10 Mins: Post-session integration while sipping a warm, grounding Ayurvedic herbal infusion to gently ease you into your evening. No prior experience necessary. If you can lie down on a mat, you can do this practice. All premium mats, organic blankets, and supportive bolsters are provided in my cool, air-conditioned space.

Cancellation Policy
At R.A.Y Healing, I value your time and my commitment to providing a high-quality, mindful healing experience. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, please take note of the following booking and cancellation policies: Booking & Payment To secure your appointment, a deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments can be made via Revolut, PayPal, or bank transfer. Your appointment is confirmed once payment has been received. Cancellation & Rescheduling More than 24 hours before your appointment: You may reschedule your session for another date at no additional cost. Less than 24 hours before your appointment or no-shows: The deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited. A new payment will be required to book another session. If you do not show up without prior notice, the full session fee will be retained, and rescheduling will not be possible. Refunds for courses will be processed in full if canceled 14 days prior to the start date; 50% refund if canceled 7 days prior; no refund thereafter.
